Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce technology supporting our storefront and checkout.

Australia, Belgium, Canada, Spain, France, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States.

Consumer protections can differ between countries.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, reduce or override rights that cannot legally be limited under the law applicable to you.

2. Eligibility and Use of Our Website

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order independently through OurTread.

Anyone under 18 should use the website or make a purchase only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

When using our website, you agree not to:

  • Use OurTread for unlawful or fraudulent purposes

  • Provide false, deceptive or materially inaccurate information

  • Interfere with the security or normal operation of the website

  • Introduce viruses, malicious software or harmful technologies

Products remain subject to availability.

Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it.

If an item or selected variant becomes unavailable after an order has been submitted, we will contact you and provide the appropriate available options or refund the affected amount.

5. Placing an Order

Before submitting an order, please check the information shown during checkout carefully.

This includes:

  • Variant

  • Size

  • Colour

  • Quantity

  • Delivery address

  • Contact information

  • Billing information

  • Currency

  • Final amount payable

After a successful checkout, you should receive an order-confirmation email.

Submission of an order does not prevent us from carrying out reasonable checks relating to:

  • Product availability

  • Payment authorization

  • Transaction security

  • Delivery eligibility

  • Fulfilment requirements

We may be unable to accept or fulfil an order where, for example:

  • The product is unavailable

  • Payment fails or is reversed

  • Required information is materially incomplete or incorrect

  • An obvious pricing or technical error has occurred

  • The delivery address cannot be serviced

  • Fulfilment would be unlawful or reasonably impossible

If OurTread cancels an order after collecting payment, the applicable amount will be refunded without the customer-requested cancellation fee described later in these Terms.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Every order has somewhere to go, and we want the route to be clear before it starts.

OurTread provides Express Free Shipping on all supported orders.

Our normal delivery structure is:

No minimum order value is required to receive free shipping.

Delivery periods are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

Occasionally, circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect transit. These can include:

  • Carrier disruption

  • Severe weather

  • Public holidays

  • Customs processing

  • Remote delivery locations

  • Transportation interruptions

  • Other comparable events

Our Shipping Policy contains the complete rules relating to shipping, tracking, delivery addresses, delays and parcels returned to sender.

7. Cancelling an Order

Customers may request cancellation within 4 hours of placing an order.

OurTread does not charge a cancellation fee.

If the cancellation request is received within this initial 4-hour period and the order has not already progressed too far through fulfilment, the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

After the first 4 hours, cancellation may still be possible depending on the current fulfilment status of the order.

If the order:

  • Has not yet been fulfilled

  • Has not been prepared for shipment

  • Has not progressed too far through the fulfilment process

we may still be able to cancel it.

Once an order has already been prepared for dispatch, fulfilled or handed into the shipping process, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If the order has already been dispatched, the applicable return process will normally need to be followed after delivery instead.

For the fastest handling, customers should reply directly to their original order confirmation email when requesting a cancellation.

8. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Eligible OurTread products may be returned within 30 days from delivery.

For ordinary change-of-mind, size, fit or other voluntary returns, products should generally be returned unused beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them, with relevant packaging and tags where supplied.

Footwear may be tried on indoors on a clean surface to check size and fit, but products returned for voluntary reasons should not have been worn outdoors or used for running, training or everyday wear.

For voluntary returns, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping to the authorized return destination provided by OurTread.

OurTread charges no restocking fee.

Eligible exchanges are accepted subject to stock availability.

A personal concern regarding a product's quality, appearance, construction or expected characteristics does not automatically mean that the product is defective or incorrect where the item corresponds with the information presented on our website.

Where a return is required, a full refund is normally processed only after the authorized return has been received, inspected and approved. In some circumstances, OurTread may offer another resolution, including an exchange or partial refund.

Different arrangements may apply where an item arrives damaged, has a confirmed defect, has been significantly affected during shipping, or where OurTread supplied an incorrect product, size, colour or variant.

Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.

9. Third-Party Brands and Intellectual Property

Some products available through OurTread may carry names, logos, trademarks or other intellectual property belonging to third-party brand owners.

Those names, logos, trademarks and related intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Where they appear on our website, they are used to identify or describe the relevant products.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the display or sale of a third-party branded product does not, by itself, mean that OurTread is:

  • Sponsored by that brand

  • Endorsed by that brand

  • Officially affiliated with that brand

  • The official website of that brand

OurTread does not claim sponsorship, endorsement, authorized-retailer status or another official relationship with a third party unless such a relationship is expressly stated and applicable.

OurTread's own branding, original written content, graphics, page layouts and other materials created specifically for ourtread.com may also be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

The price you see should remain the price you expect to pay.

All applicable taxes are included in OurTread's displayed prices.

Customs duties, import taxes, customs-clearance costs and other import-related charges associated with delivering an order are either included in the product price or covered by OurTread.

The total displayed at checkout is therefore the final amount payable to OurTread for the order.

Customers will not be required to pay additional taxes, customs duties or import charges when their parcel is delivered.

This does not include fees independently imposed by your own bank or payment provider, such as:

  • Foreign-transaction fees

  • Currency-conversion costs

  • Other financial-service charges

Those independent charges are controlled by the relevant financial institution and are outside OurTread's control.
